I bought tickets

Your tickets are in the confirmation email. Lost it? We can send your ticket links again to the address you used.

Find my tickets

Questions about the event itself, or a refund, go to the organiser, who is named at the bottom of your ticket email.

I want to sell tickets

Create your organiser account, connect your own Stripe account to take payments, and publish your first event from one screen.

Common questions

Buying tickets

I haven’t received my ticket

Check the inbox and spam folder of the email you paid with. Then use Find my tickets: it sends your ticket links to that address again. Your order page shows them too.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are decided by the event’s organiser, and their policy is on the event page. Ask them from your order page or ticket email. When a refund is made, the money goes back to the card you paid with and the ticket stops working.

Can I transfer my ticket?

If the organiser allows it, your ticket page has a Transfer option. The new holder gets their own ticket, and your old code stops working.

My payment failed

Nothing is taken when a payment fails. Your tickets stay held while the timer on the checkout runs, so you can try again with the same card or another.

My QR code isn’t working at the door

Turn your screen brightness up and hold your phone still. Door staff can also find your ticket by your name or the ticket reference. A refunded or transferred ticket no longer admits.

Accessibility

Access information is on the event page when the organiser has added it. For anything else, ask the organiser before the event.

Contacting the organiser

The organiser’s name and contact details are on the event page and in your ticket email. Questions about the event itself go to them.

Selling tickets

Creating an event

Create event is one screen: name, artwork, venue, date and time, price and capacity. Everything else waits under Advanced options.

Ticket types

Add as many as you need (early bird, standard, VIP, free), each with its own price, quantity and sales dates.

Scanning at the door

Open Check-in on any phone. Each ticket admits once, and a second scan shows it was already used. Door staff see only what their role allows.

Orders

Orders lists every sale, searchable by name, email or reference. From an order you can resend tickets, correct an email or refund.

Payments

Buyers pay by card through Stripe, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. You choose whether the booking fee is passed on to buyers or absorbed. MOO’s fees are on Pricing.

Which campaigns sell tickets

Every order keeps the link that brought the buyer: UTM tags and Meta or Google click ids. Reporting → Sales by source shows which campaigns sell.
