The final version will cover
- necessary: tl_session (keeps a staff member signed in), tl_ads (remembers the cookie choice), tl_codes (remembers an access code a buyer entered for hidden tickets)
- campaign attribution, first-party, 30 days, never shared: tl_sid (a random visit key), tl_ft and tl_lt (the first and latest campaign link: UTMs, click ids, the landing page, the referring site); not set once a visitor chooses "Only necessary"
- Meta (_fbp, _fbc): only on an organiser's event pages that use Meta, and only after "Allow"
- Stripe: its own cookies on the payment page (fraud prevention), under Stripe's notice
- how to change the choice: "Cookie choices" in the page footer
- which of these need consent (the owner's decision, with legal advice)
